Heather established and is a Director of Facetime Consultancy. She has experience as a teacher, a police officer, working with blue chip companies in Public Relations and as a counsellor and supervisor.Heather is in charge of the development of the company strategy as well training the supervisors and counsellors on Facetime Consultancy specialist training courses.
Rick Taylor BSc Econ (Hons) Dip. Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Gestalt)
Rick has enjoyed a 30 year career in the civil service, the last 14 at the Department for International Development (DFID), working in challenging environments, developing and managing overseas aid and emergency relief programmes. Rick’s experience includes change management; strategic and policy development; corporate relations; project management; HR and training. Rick trained at Metanoia Institute and is a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. He works as a volunteer counsellor for a charity offering low cost counselling in Sussex. Rick works on strategic business development, client development, and as a training consultant.
Caitriona Carrol BA (Hons).
Caitriona has over 20 years experience on committees at all levels for both national and local organisations. This has included, committee membership and chair of finance, audit, and operation committees. She has been Chair of 2 charities. Her career has focused on inclusive housing solutions. She has advised amongst others, The London Mayor’s Office, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, Ministers and The Northern Irish Institute of Housing.
Senior Clinical Services Advisor
Willis is a Senior Accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and is qualified to work with children and adults and to provide psychotherapy supervision supported by 17yrs post qualifying experience.
His background spans 24 yrs of work in a range of roles, inclusive of: Mental Health Commissioning Officer, Lecturer in Counsellor Studies, Clinical Supervisor, Assistant Director: Young Person’s Counselling Service and Head of Psychosocial Support in Paediatric Palliative Care. Each of these roles have called upon a rounded working and applied knowledge of ethical frameworks, professional standards to support professionals delivering services within Psychotherapeutic and Psychosocial environments.
Willis is currently developing services to promote Therapeutic-Coaching: an integration of Therapy and Coaching delivered within a brief focus framework for staff and managers.
Rob spent 28 years in the Army, serving in Norway, Bermuda, Germany, Brunei [on loan service], Bosnia and Iraq as well as bomb disposal and counter-terrorist operations in UK including Northern Ireland. He commanded a Bomb Disposal Squadron, and supported UKSF. He deployed on disaster relief operations, was involved in international liaison and sponsored specialist R&D including developing a £4M secure IT project.
Since leaving the Army Rob has been a charity CEO; and trustee / NED of several other charities. The charity supports young people dealing with exclusion, anger, abuse, trauma, stress, emotional and mental health issues; and provides holistic support, supervision and counselling for front line staff and managers; some of whom are ex-services.
Rob brings experience of working with wounded veterans, as well as finance, IT, HR, training and partnership working; and has experienced a number of HR, supervision or counselling situations where Facetime Consultancy would have been very cost effective and saved considerable stress, time and money.
